First OTA in South East Asia to adopt NDC, embracing advanced retailing capabilities to personalise the traveler’s experience

tiket.com has seized the opportunity to innovate and will be the first OTA to adopt NDC in South East Asia, in a landmark partnership with Amadeus which will enable its customers increased options, via a full range of NDC content. The OTA willnowbe able to accessNDCoffers fromcarrierswhich are connected on theAmadeus Travel Platform .This willincludespecial seat selection, baggage,and other personalized offerings.
tiket.com will be able to source additional NDC-enabled content that is available on Amadeus Travel Platform using the Amadeus Travel API. This NDC-enabled solution gives OTAs in Asia Pacific and across the world access to new content and fares from airlines via NDC connectivity and supports travel agencies worldwide with scalability, personalized shopping and servicing unparalleled in the industry today.
