Ana Doval de las Heras is Chief People & Culture Officer at Amadeus and a member of the Amadeus Executive Committee since October 2022. She leads the global People & Culture strategy for over 20,000 colleagues across 190 countries, ensuring Amadeus has the leadership, capabilities, and culture needed to deliver the company’s business strategy and long-term growth ambitions, shaping a workplace that fosters innovation, inclusion, and development.
Ana’s leadership is rooted in the idea that making the experience of travel better starts with people - and that inclusive, purpose-driven teams are the key to unlocking it. She champions initiatives that empower employees to grow, innovate, and bring their whole selves to work. Her focus on flexibility, well-being, and diversity has cultivated a culture where top talent can thrive and enable the success of the business.
Since joining Amadeus in 2002 from Marks & Spencer, where she was Head of Human Resources for Spain & Portugal, Ana has held key regional and global roles across Europe and Asia Pacific. She led the People & Culture function in Madrid and later in APAC, before returning as Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Global Business Partner for the former Strategic Growth Businesses unit. Most recently, Ana led People & Culture for the Hospitality unit, where she played a key role in the TravelClick acquisition and integration.
Ana holds a law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a master’s degree in human resources from Garrigues Andersen, and a master’s degree in European Community law from ICADE.
A Spanish national, she has lived and worked in Spain, France, Belgium, the UK, and Thailand, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
