Carolyn A. Cauceglia is the Vice President of Strategic Sales & Account Management for Amadeus North America.
With over 22 years of experience in the travel and technology industries, she has been with Amadeus since 1987. Her leadership responsibilities include spearheading and executing strategy for commercial agreements, customer relationship management, customer support and business analysis, custom solution portfolios, marketing and key account management for the large global niche players in the cruise, tour, wholesale, consolidator and specialty market segments of the travel industry. She is also responsible for key accounts in the corporate and leisure travel and back-office segments.
Ms. Cauceglia began her career with Eastern Airlines and System One Corporation, where she held numerous positions in the field of sales and key customer management.
Ms. Cauceglia represents Amadeus as an associate member of the following organizations: CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), USTOA (US Tour Operator Association) and USACA (US Air Consolidators Association). She is active in charitable organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Children’s Home Society of South Florida.
Ms. Cauceglia holds a Bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of South Florida in Tampa, an MBA from the University of Miami and has completed a Senior Executive Leadership program at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
