Strategic Programs for Amadeus North America, Inc.

Lincoln Rodon is the Senior Vice-President of Global Operations-Americas & Strategic Programs for Amadeus North America. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in engineering, information systems and management, Mr. Rodon is responsible for follow-the-sun global operations for Amadeus in the Americas.

In his role, Mr. Rodon directs global follow-the-sun operations and regional/local support, which includes the US, Canada, Central and South America. In addition, Mr. Rodon is responsible for strategic programs that include business development initiatives, strategic acquisitions and major airline customer sales support efforts.

Mr. Rodon’s scope of responsibilities consists of overseeing the company’s global operations in the Americas and support of strategic programs and projects.

His vast experience in the area of travel and technology also includes challenging positions with Eastern Airlines/System One, the predecessor to Amadeus’ US-based operations, as well as IBM.

Mr. Rodon’s affiliations have included the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), The Beacon Council and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as an adjunct professor of MIS and Computer Science at Florida International University and Barry University. Mr. Rodon has served on various boards and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Encore Networks, a network technology company based in Virginia. Mr. Rodon is a member of the Jackson Memorial Foundation Board of Trustees and member and past chairman of Sprint’s Global Markets Group Executive Advisory Council.

Mr. Rodon holds a master’s degree in management science and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Miami.
