Gabriel Flores

As vice president of operations of Amadeus Data Processing, Gabriel Flores is responsible for providing direction, management and leadership to the operations staff serving Amadeus North America.

Flores serves in this role after more than 20 years with Amadeus’ operations, including most recently serving as Amadeus director of global IT services, a position based in Erding, Germany, where he was responsible for delivering IT operational services across all product and system platforms.  

Flores’ previous roles at Amadeus also include serving as director of global core operations, a division of Amadeus that served both airline system users and travel agency customers. His experience running operations on a global level has helped inform Amadeus North America’s “follow-the-sun” approach to operations.   

A native of Spain, Flores received his degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.  He is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
