Mr. Blikre is responsible for the Human Resources and Facility functions at Amadeus North America.
In close cooperation with the corporate Human Resources team, Mr. Blikre oversees all of Amadeus North America’s Human Resources programs, processes and policies, ensuring that they serve the business needs and commercial objectives of the company and the welfare of employees.
Mr. Blikre joined System One (Amadeus) in 1989 as the Manager of Compensation and Employee Relations. He was later promoted to Director of Human Resources during the System One migration to Amadeus in 1996. He was appointed Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities in 2008.
Mr. Blikre has spent his entire career in human resources. Prior to Amadeus, he worked in both the railroad and banking industries where he led several human resources organizations. Mr. Blikre holds a bachelor’s degree from
