Dwayne Ingram serves as Executive Vice President, Airline Distribution and IT, for Amadeus Americas. Headquartered in Chicago, with representation across the region, his team is tasked with fostering the growth of the airline business. In this role, Ingram leads the relationship management, distribution, IT sales and commercial management, travel technology consulting and IT delivery teams.

 

Ingram has spent more than 25 years in the consulting and information technology fields and has held various positions in executive management, consulting, project management, sales and personnel leadership. He spent over 21 years with IBM, 15 of those in the travel and transportation industries, having led IBM's travel and transportation outsourcing and consulting businesses, as well as the travel and transportation division for IBM Global Services worldwide.

 

Ingram joined Amadeus in June of 2008 and has led both the large agency business and now the airline business in the Americas.

 

Ingram is a graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communications.

 

He is heavily involved in community organizations, both charitable and civic. He was appointed by the governor of Florida to the Workforce Florida Board and is a member of the Florida Council of 100. He has served on the Board of Governors with the Florida Chamber of Commerce, the Center for Educational Performance & Accountability for Florida TaxWatch, the Board of Directors for United Way and has served in several other organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior Achievement and the YMCA.
