Welcome to the January edition of the Onliner, our quarterly newsletter which brings you the latest corporate travel news from Amadeus and the wider industry.

This edition of the Onliner marks the transition between a challenging 2009 and looking ahead at the opportunities in 2010.

2009 ended with the Copenhagen Summit focusing on climate change and how both governments and organisations can and will do to counterbalance this trend. Going Green is no longer a nice-to-have and Amadeus is working on helping you measure your carbon footprint as well as opening up the debate of alternatives to travel, such as videoconferencing.

We are also proud to share with you the latest awards and certifications that underline our commitment to invest in on-going development of technology for the travel industry.
