Hans-Henning Quast

Hans-Henning Quast joined Amadeus in March 1999 as Vice President, Human Resources, based in Madrid, Spain.
His role is to address all Human Resources issues at the central and local Amadeus Commercial Organizations around the world. In close co-operation with local HR and management teams, he is responsible for developing and implementing corporate HR strategy - including structures, processes and policies - that meet the objectives and business needs of Amadeus across the globe. He is also responsible for Internal Communication in the Amadeus Group.
Hans-Henning Quast joined Amadeus from ABB (Asea Brown Boveri), the global Electromechanical Engineering company where he held the position of Vice President Human Resources of ABB Europe. Prior to ABB, he was Director of Human Resources for the European Seal Group of Parker Hannifin Corporation in Stuttgart, Germany.
Hans-Henning graduated from the University of Trier, Germany and spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Worcester, Massachusetts, USA. He holds a PhD in Psychology from the Free University of Berlin, Germany, where he worked as a researcher and lecturer for four years.
