Aside from Sophia Antipolis, Amadeus also has R&D teams in London, Bad Homburg (Frankfurt), Antwerp, Sydney, Bangalore, Miami, Boston, Munich, Aachen, Toronto, Paris, Bogota and Bangkok. This helps us to maintain close contact with our customers and enhance our global reach.

Process improvement has always been a constant, systematic initiative in Amadeus. We were the first GDS to receive quality certification (ISO 9001:2000). Today we are deploying a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) approach to software development.
