Amadeus offers unique and highly experienced implementation teams as well as having streamlined the migration process to guarantee the lowest level of disruption and migration risk.
Implementation can be carried out at the same time as migration to Altéa Inventory and the process can take as little as 3 months, depending on the airline's size and complexity.

Moving to the Altea Customer Management Solution is a strategic decision based on our need to replace current legacy systems, and to realize the benefits of a Common IT Platform (CITP) for the Star Alliance.
