Classroom Training

Classroom training is the most effective way for new Amadeus customers to gain confidence and gain an in-depth knowledge of the many features and benefits of the Amadeus system.  Courses are offered at locations in Auckland, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
 
Amadeus conducts an Introduction and Conversion course for new customers migrating to Amadeus.  Other courses include Automated Ticketing and a Hotels and Cars course.

Amadeus Virtual Training

Virtual Training allows you to participate in a live training environment without the need to travel.  You attend the training, participate in lab exercises, ask questions and receive feedback, just as you would do in a conventional classroom, except that you do this from the convenience of your desk.  Course content is concise and based around maximising use of the Amadeus system's vast array of features.

Amadeus e-Learning

Amadeus also provides a full suite of online, interactive learning tools to enable you to quickly expand your knowledge and build the skills needed to remain successful in today's dynamic travel environment.
 
Regardless of your current proficiency level, there is something for everyone in Amadeus e-Learning from ‘Reservations Essentials for Travel Agents’ (which familiarises a 'newcomer' with the basic Amadeus functionality required to become operational in a travel agency) to courses that cover many advanced aspects of Amadeus system functionality.
