Service Fee Manager (SFM) is a product that consists 2 major components :
  • The administration module "Price Scheme Manager Plus", integrated as a Graphic User Interface in Selling Platform, and also available as fully standalone via an URL.
  • The "Service Fee Manager" module used by travel offices at point of sale. SFM can be used with cryptic transactions in the Central System or in the graphic environment of Selling Platform in the SFM Graphic User Interface. SFM is integrated with other products available in the Selling platform such as Amadeus Customer Profiles+, All Fares and All Fares+.
 
Service Fee Manager enables TAs to improve their productivity and ensure fee revenue growth through the automatic calculation of service fees based on sophisticated schemes matching business requirements. Automatic calculation of services fees during the consultation and booking process guarantees the "Total Price" concept without, for example, requiring a manual switch between front and back office systems. Thus, overall booking time is reduced. Front to back office integration is also totally seamless, thanks to the enriched Amadeus Interface Record (A.I.R). Choosing the right fee rules to be applied is easy with Service Fee Manager; different rules can be automatically attached to different customers thanks to the integration with the Amadeus Customer Profiles. The sales agent can use Service Fee Manager through any Amadeus front office system where as the fee rules can be set up and maintained from a single point through a URL or a Selling Platform tab with PSM+.
