Top Employer in Spain, Germany, UK, Australia and Thailand 2017
 
Amadeus commitment has been recognised externally by the Top Employers Institute in several locations. Amadeus UK is being certified for the second consecutive year, while Amadeus Germany and Amadeus Spain are being certified for the fourth and fifth consecutive years respectively. Amadeus was awarded Top Employers 2016 Certification in Spain for the fourth consecutive year, in Germany at our Data Centre for the third consecutive year, and for the first time ever, in Thailand at our Bangkok regional office. Amadeus Spain was awarded in the XX Human Capital awards by Wolters Kluwer. We received a Special Mention in Innovation for the process of cultural transformation experienced in recent years and to adapt to the changes that have occurred in the market which has allowed it to maintain its leadership position, based In 4 values: excellence in what they do, teamwork, customer orientation and responsibility in daily work.
 
 
VII Edition of the International Award for Best Business Model 2016

Best Employer 2015
 
Amadeus ranked N°1 in the IT Category and 33rd place at national level. Over 30,000 employees were asked to give their opinion on the HR policy of their firm, focusing on 8 criteria: work conditions, work-life balance, loyalty of the hierarchy, training, gender equality, career evolution, restauration and whether they felt proud of working for their company. Family Responsible Certificate (EFR)
 
Amadeus IT Group was awarded with EFR certificate in 2015. This certificate, sponsored by the Másfamilia Foundation, and supported by the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, is an official recognition for those organizations whose culture is based on a work-life balance philosophy  and firmly promote an all-inclusive management system based on mutual commitment, harmony,  respect and  flexibility.
