UN Convention on Climate Change - COP 22

The UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of the Parties 22 (COP22) is the supreme decision-making body of the United Nations with an action framework to fight global warming.

As of today 196 countries and the European Union strive to reach agreements on reducing greenhouse gas emissions caused by human activity. 
COP22 is focused on the means to implement the Paris Agreement, linking Party and non-Party climate action, accelerating concrete initiatives and developing climate finance pathways for the world’s most vulnerable countries to the impacts of climate change.
