Loyalty 2016

After six years, Loyalty 2016’s timely return to Asia marks a renewed interest in the financial benefits and opportunities available to Asian carriers through frequent flyer programs. The Asia Pacific region is already the world’s biggest aviation region in terms of numbers, and expected growth rates indicate that this region will be double the size of Europe and North America combined.

The panel discussion: 'Exploiting the potential of infrequent travellers' will have as panelists Christian Baillet, Associate Director APAC AIT Sales, Amadeus IT Group; Stuart Dinnis, Director of Loyalty, Virgin America; Gabi Kool, CEO, Coalition Rewards and Sarah Butterfass, Vice President Loyalty, Orbitz Worldwide. Dominic Matthews, Senior Manager, Customer Experience and Loyalty, Amadeus IT Group, will join the workshop: ‘Loyalty as foundation for CRM’, which will be moderated by Kevin O'Toole, Head of Strategy, Flightglobal and Ravindra Bhagwanani, Managing Director, Global Flight.
