On 20 Aug., Mustafa Ozalcin, Amadeus Director Loyalty Sales will discuss together with industry peers how the digital world - from apps to social media - is changing the loyalty game.
In addition, on 21 Aug. Christian Baillet, Amadeus APAC Regional Director Airline IT Sales will present the results of 'Thinking like a retailer: Airline merchandising', a research report commissioned by Amadeus and written by consulting firm by Frost & Sullivan, highlighting that the hat in the battle for additional service revenues, airlines must be able to compete with data-centric travel companies by more effectively using the customer data they already collect, if they are to truly maximise this commercial opportunity.
