Claude was appointed VP, Deputy General Manager Amadeus Sophia-Antipolis in September 2011 and then President of the company as from July 01st, 2012.
He previously served as VP, Global Customer IT Solutions from January 2009, with responsibility for commercial relationships with all multinational travel agencies, and also for Hotel IT activities.
In his previous role, Claude was Vice President, Managing Director Travel Office Products and Solutions, a business division created in October 2003 in charge of developing and managing the Amadeus portfolio of both products and services, providing point-of-sale solutions for all the Travel Office customers. 
In August 2000, he was appointed Vice President Product Management, responsible for the medium and long term evolution of the Amadeus product range.
On joining Amadeus in 1991, Claude held the position of Director, Central System Products, responsible for the definition of products related to the Amadeus Central System.
Prior to joining Amadeus, Claude was head of Commercial Affairs, Product Planning and Development, and Information Systems at Air France. He was responsible for managing the marketing of commercial applications and the GDS distribution agreements, and played an active role in coordinating the Amadeus project since its inception in 1986.
Claude graduated from the École des Mines de Paris in 1975 and followed this with a Master of Science from Stanford University in 1977.
