Alexandre was appointed Head of Digital & Transformation Services in November 2011, reporting directly to the President and CEO. This unit (DTS) was created to improve overall business performance by assembling, leveraging, and managing a portfolio of shared global business services to all Amadeus business units along four distinct service areas:
  • Business Consulting Services encompassing business needs analysis and business process improvement
  • Business Process Automation & Information Management Services supporting improved effectiveness and business insights in all corporate functions
  • Workplace & Collaboration Services improving how our employees work and collaborate with each other
  • Customer Facing Services ensuring effective billing & collection of revenues and complaints and compliments management

In February 2004, Alexandre was appointed Director of Revenue & Business Information Management. In this role, he was in charge of optimising Amadeus revenues and harmonizing processes and supporting tools for the Finance area. In addition to this role, Alexandre took on the responsibility of the Processes & Solutions department in April 2010, widening the scope of his activities to all of Amadeus by providing integrated internal systems and consultancy to streamline operational end-to-end processes.

Alexandre joined Amadeus in June 1998 and held Manager and Senior Manager roles in both Marketing and Corporate Finance.

Prior to Amadeus, Alexandre worked as Business Manager for UNIFI Communications, a telecom provider in Paris and previously as Operations Manager at GHMSI, a health insurance company also located in Paris.

Alexandre holds a degree in Business Administration and Financial Management from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion (E.S.G.) Business School in Paris and a degree in Executive Coaching from the Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) in Madrid.
