This tool enables customers to easily choose new flights and more flexible fares thanks to the calendar display and the upsell panel.
- Amadeus Ticket Changer Miles Upgrade: automatically computes the upgrade of a commercial airline ticket to a superior cabin using air miles. The calculation of the upgrade is filed in miles and the tax difference calculation is provided in the payment currency.
- Amadeus Ticket Changer Involuntary: handles the reissuance of tickets in involuntary situations. It overrides change conditions, waives change penalties and carries forward the original fare conditions to the new tickets.
- Amadeus Ticket Changer Dynamic Waiver: allows airlines to introduce commercial measures in a disruption context and have the system in place to automatically apply these at reissuance time, when passengers request a ticket exchange.
- Amadeus Ticket Changer Refund: automates the ticket refund process, using the ATPCO Rule Category 33 for voluntary refunds. This end-to-end solution helps airlines manage all refund scenarios and performs an immediate, accurate calculation of the refund amount and cancellation fee, for any type of airline ticket.
