Amadeus e-Personalise comprises three products that can be implemented separately or together: Amadeus Portal Management, Amadeus Campaign Management and Amadeus e-Retail Management, all three sharing the same infrastructure:

  • Amadeus Campaign Management: Helps airlines boost air promotional content. It sources special offer fares from a highly accurate database, which is integrated into Amadeus Massive Search Platform. Using this reliable data, in conjunction with business rules and the CMS, enables airlines to implement targeted marketing campaigns across all online channels. These include personalised banners, price histograms, specific landing pages, all of which help improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction levels.
