  • The Amadeus Availability Message is loaded to display when your destination is requested by agents for the arrival dates your information reflects (i.e. only show my weekend rate promotion when LAX is requested by agents shopping for February arrivals) OR it can alternatively be displayed for the dates your agent is carrying out the booking (i.e. show my message for the next 2 weeks every time an agent books LAX for any future date)

Amadeus Instant Preference (Positioning Product)
Imagine being able to place your hotel at the top of a hotel multi-property availability display and hotel list!  You are effectively bringing your hotel product to the top of the shelf, and achieving instant ‘eye-balls’ amongst booking agents ‘shopping’ for your city.

  • The Amadeus Instant Preference (AIP) product enables you to achieve this preferred positioning providing maximum visibility and immediate booking opportunities for your hotel.  (Research shows that agents are 3.5 times more likely to select hotels that appear at or near the top of hotel displays)
  • A hotel property can subscribe to Amadeus Instant Preference for a specific city or airport code, and for a given period of time (6 or 12 month period)
  • The AIP hotel will be displayed first assuming no other qualifying search criteria have been included in the agent shopping request (i.e. special rate, chain code).  If the search is qualified, hotels meeting these criteria will be displayed first, and if within this group there is an AIP hotel, it will go to the top of the list
