Amadeus Interface Record

Easy, flexible and cost-saving solution for transmitting booking and fares information to your system

The Amadeus Interface Record helps travel professionals transmit passenger booking and fare information to back-office systems for accounting and cost control purposes. The passenger booking and fare information is collected from Amadeus Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and, as such, can include flight, car, hotel, tour, travel assistance and cruise booking.

• Data can be broadcast to several destinations; for example, to primary offices and to shadow offices
  
• Amadeus also offers Information Management Records (IMRs), which are primarily used for pre-travel reporting and are transmitted when specific changes occur in a booking
  
• Amadeus provides the ability to define which changes result in IMR transmissions
  
• Amadeus Interface Record creation supports shadow and mirror AIR/IMR transmission customized to the agency’s specifications, providing the same information to multiple third-party locations
