Through our system, travel agencies can access flight schedules of more than 766 global airlines, 486 of which are currently available to sell
This includes bookable flights from 27 low cost carriers, representing 33 percent of the entire low cost market
312 airlines participate in our system at the highest access level, which ensures that travel agents sell in real time—as if they were using the airline’s own system to make bookings
209 airlines update their schedule and availability information in Amadeus in real time, providing travel agents with the most up-to-date and accurate flight information

One of our key IT solutions, Altéa Reservations, is used today by more than 150 global carriers, and is based on a community approach, bringing unique advantages to our travel agency partners:

Enhanced customer servicing
Altéa Reservations carriers and travel agents share the same platform for Passenger Name Records (PNRs), flights, fares, passenger and other information. This enables them to freely communicate and exchange information.
Access to the highest quality and most accurate information
Altéa Reservations carriers use the same platform as travel agents; it is the prime source of information for their own reservation agents worldwide. As a result, Amadeus travel agents can count on receiving carriers' most reliable, guaranteed data in our system.
