U.S. regional carrier will benefit from Results by Amadeus Customer Management Solution as it begins its newly branded operations
MIAMI, March 12, 2007 – Amadeus, a global leader in technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry, today announced that ExpressJet Airlines, a Houston-based regional carrier, has deployed Results by Amadeus Customer Management Solution (CMS) to serve its reservations, inventory, and departure control needs.
“As ExpressJet takes to the skies under its own banner, Amadeus's technology solutions will enable us to run a smooth, cost-efficient operation,” said Jim Ream, CEO for ExpressJet Airlines. “We are impressed with Amadeus’s proven capabilities with other airlines, and expect the solutions they provide to play a critical role in enabling us to deliver superior customer service and streamline business operations.”
