New Long-Term Agreement Brings Continental Airlines' Full Content To Amadeus Customers in North America
Continental Airlines is also a participating carrier in the Amadeus Content Plus program which guarantees Amadeus users access to full content without airline content surcharges
,January 3, 2007: Amadeus, a global leader in technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry, announced today that Amadeus users in the "We are pleased to reach this definitive agreement with Continental Airlines because securing integrated access to full content is vital to enable Amadeus subscribers to continue to do business moving forward," said Peter von Moltke, Senior Vice President of the Airline Business Group for Amadeus North America. The new five-year agreement will allow Amadeus subscribers to continue to have integrated access and booking capability for all publicly available fares and inventory offered by Continental without being subject to airline content surcharges. This includes published fares that the airline sells through any third-party Website and through its own Website and reservation offices.
