Easy, flexible and cost-saving solution for transmitting booking and fares information to your system

The Amadeus Interface Record (AIR) enables you to transmit passenger booking and fare information to back-office systems for optimal accounting and cost control. Passenger booking and fare information is collected from Amadeus Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and can include flight, car, hotel, tour, travel assistance and cruise bookings.

• Data can be broadcast to several destinations; for example, to primary and secondary office locations
  
• In addition to Amadeus Interface Record, Amadeus offers Information Management Records (IMRs), used primarily for pre-travel reporting, which are transmitted when specific booking changes occur
  
• The Amadeus system defines which changes result in IMR transmissions
  
• Amadeus Interface Record creation supports shadow and mirror AIR/IMR transmission, customized to the agency’s specifications; the same information is provided to multiple third-party locations
