Phil Nicholas

As Vice-President and General Counsel, Phil Nicholas oversees all legal affairs of Amadeus North America.

Mr. Nicholas first joined Amadeus in 1998 as a Senior Attorney and soon after became Associate General Counsel. He was appointed to Acting General Counsel in 2008 and was promoted to Vice-President later that year.

Mr. Nicholas has been instrumental to Amadeus in providing legal counsel on a variety of matters affecting Amadeus and its worldwide affiliates. In addition to his regional positions in North America, he worked in the legal department of Amadeus’ Madrid headquarters between the summer of 2002 and December 2004.

Mr. Nicholas has taught at various universities in Florida, most notably the University of Miami where he is currently an adjunct professor.
