New Amadeus Tours solution delivers all-in-one tour booking capabilities to Canadian travel agencies
Amadeus partners with Softvoyage to offer Web-based tour solution via the Amadeus Selling Platform

The Web-based Amadeus Tours solution provides agents with complete product functionality to shop and book Inclusive Tour Charter (ITC) packages, Flexible Itinerary Travel (FIT), and charter flights from leading Canadian tour operators.
Developed in partnership with Softvoyage with its SIREV offering, Amadeus Tours provides Canadian agencies with:
- One-stop shopping for content from sixteen tour providers
- The ability to shop, book, apply payment,and cancel bookings within the same application
- Seamless integration of bookings for tours, as well as flights, cars and hotels
- Custom markup pricing that is transparent to the traveller
- A completely intuitive browser-based graphical user interface
With Amadeus Tours, agencies can choose from multiple shopping options including tour package type, specific tour operator, and specific or flexible tour dates. Agents can also narrow their search using advanced criteria including price range, specific hotel properties, star ratings, and other features and amenities.
Amadeus agents can easily and automatically access Amadeus Tours from a "Smart Tab" in the Amadeus Selling Platform, the industry’s first browser-based point-of-sale platform that gives agents the power to earn more, save time, and increase customer loyalty.
