Amadeus Quality Control is a powerful and flexible desktop application that enables the travel agency administrator to create, manage, and enforce a database of quality control-based rules, at both the agency and corporate customer level. All quality control can automatically and systematically take place online before the validation of the PNR or the issuance of the ticket.

Amadeus Quality Control ensures systematic compliance of travel agency reservations with regards to:

• Preferred business practices.
• Validating or adding mid- / back-office accounting requirements.
• Company and traveler policies.
• Agency standardization of PNR elements.
• Enforcement of rule compliance.
• Enforcement of airline booking.
• Increasing agent productivity.

Amadeus Quality Control is comprised of 3 key components:

• RuleChecker ensures that travel reservations comply with all rules associated to the active PNR or those on queue.  It is an intuitive and interactive graphical user interface application which can be run on-demand, or at the point of sale.
• RuleEditor is a graphical user interface used to create, maintain, store rules, and maintain a rule file library. The rule files are then associated to the PNRs through the agency settings in the Administrator module.
• Administrator is used by the agency administrator to configure both the workstation or at agency level.
