Site support visits take place in accordance with the Account Development and Customer Service Plans as agreed by you.
These visits focus on topics identified by you and Amadeus as those requiring attention. Target audiences (e.g. team leaders, ticketing agents, etc.) and objectives will also be agreed in advance.
Your Account Executive will see that your staff are kept up-to-date with the latest product and service developments, ensuring that Amadeus UK is pro-actively helping you grow your business.
