Our experienced and friendly helpdesk consultants will be your first point of contact with Amadeus concerning any functional and day-to-day operational queries.
Most helpdesk staff have years of firsthand customer service experience gained from working within the travel industry prior to joining Amadeus. This experience, coupled with intensive Amadeus product training, manifests itself in excellent problem resolution skills.
Helpdesk consultants will also liase with 3rd parties and escalate issues to our second level support centres in Nice and Munich, if required.
A premium 24-hour support service is also available at an additional cost. This service covers full functional support, technical support over the phone and pre-logging of hardware and line faults. Please contact your Amadeus representative for more details.
