Amadeus Data center was designed and built as a high security facility, with fallback and disaster recovery capabilities.
Amadeus Security provides secure access to data and effective management of information at corporate or individual branch level. It also controls the way agents and offices can retrieve and manipulate Passenger Name Records (PNRs), Customer Profiles, Queues and ticket Stock Master Files. Amadeus centrally defines and controls all terminal users and external system accesses to Amadeus data and transactions.

- In an effort to encrypt or mask sensitive data, Amadeus became PCI compliant by embarking on two additional certificate processes: PCIDSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and SAS70 (Statement on Auditing Standards)
