Amadeus UK prides itself on delivering excellent customer service

Technology is an enabler, but if it is not backed-up by first class customer support, it could mean failing to get the best out of any IT system or software. That's why Amadeus UK takes after-sales customer service and support seriously. We know that without the confidence and trust of our loyal customers, we could never have risen to become the leading travel technology company that we are today.

Why you can trust us to deliver on our promises

In annual, independently conducted telephone surveys of around 250 users of global distribution systems (including Amadeus and its competitors), Amadeus is consistently ranked 'Best for Service Overall.'

Customers can contact the Amadeus UK Helpdesk in a number of convenient ways including the telephone, using email and by sending an Amadeus System Queue message.

Launch of e-Support Centre for Travel Agents

In June 2009, Amadeus UK was delighted to be able to launch our newest customer support channel; Amadeus e-Support Centre  for Travel Agents. Initially accessible through a Smart Tab in the Amadeus Selling Platform, customers can find a wealth of information to help them get the most from the advanced functionality and computing power that only Amadeus offers.

We are confident that our customers will enjoy the 24/7 convenience of being able to access the knowledge library housed within the e-Support Centre, together with the ease and simplicity with which they can take control of reporting helpdesk issues. Over time, the tool is being developed to include even more time-saving productivity features including a fast 'Format Finder.'

The Amadeus e-Support Centre  for Travel Agents is designed to complement our existing contact channels and is yet another example of how Amadeus lives up to its promise to be a genuine partner to the travel industry.
