The printouts of your documents are stored in Text file format in a pre-defined folder. This allows you to retrieve the documents for printing later, if and when required.
Reformatting your documents
The Amadeus Print Manager can also reformat your documents (including itineraries, coupons, etc) to eliminate unnecessary ‘white space’, characters and blank lines.
This means you reduce the number of pages within the document and save paper when printing. Additionally, the printout looks clean and concise.
Print to any printer
With Amadeus Print Manager , now you can print your document at any printer in your office that is supported by your PC’s operating system.
This means you can select the printer, whether locally-connected or network connected, that will print at the quality you require.
The printing queue can still be easily managed by Amadeus Print Manager on your operating system in the same way you work from other applications.
