Seamless integration with Amadeus Selling Platform allows booking information to be retrieved easily, reducing manual data entry time. Based on the information captured in the booking card, the application enables travel consultants to automate key fulfillment processes and issue accounting documents without retrying information in each step. All accounting documents issued in ATOM can be classified into 2 groups: Customer and Supplier.
To manage money in and money out, the Settlement feature allows travel consultants to monitor financial transactions in one complete screen. Travel consultants can view and ensure documents for a particular customer or supplier are paid and processed completely.
ATOM also provides a full range of efficiency tools built-in to improve the productivity of the travel consultants. The Favourite Magic Icon allows travel consultants to instantly add their favourite screens.
Searching for booking cards or documents is made easy with the mouseover preview, providing an immediate summary of the search results. Innovative single line entry (SLE) tool also helps travel consultants to reduce time in data entry when searching for their desired customer, supplier or product.
ATOM offers a user-friendly tab design that allows travel consultants to work up to 6 activities at the same time. For example, Tab-1 can be a booking card, Tab-2 an accounting document, Tab-3 a report, and etc. Users can handle multiple tasks by switching between the different tabs without losing any data.
