How to create a Customer Profile

Creating a Customs Profile in easy steps.

First Create a traveler profile

1-In order to create a profile, you need to go in profile mode by typing :pm

add the  elements that are under pnr TRANSFERABLE DATA as you

would do for a pnr

2-EOT your profile by doing :PER

what is your profile record locator ?

3-add the other element

A-passport-- pas/co-sd/nr-87654/is-09oct2003/ex-15jun2006

B-visa-  PIV

C-driving license ----–PCE

D-id document----- –PID

passenger prefer

pph/co-mc------- hotel 

PPC/co-ze

PPA/a-ek------ airline

                                                                                                      PPT/krt--- airport

4-EOT your profile and exit profile mode

5-display your profile by name typing :pdn/-name ,or by locator pdr/loc

6- make sure you have no pnr pending .

transfer the information stored in your profile in to anew pnr :pt

7-ignore the pnr ,redisplay the profile PDN/-name

perform another transfer by using the transaction :pt*

8- ignore the pnr, retrieve an existing pnr(any  pnr).

To create profile from pnr :pc/-1

9-Save profile :per

Create a company profile

1-go to profile mode to create company profile

2- create a Company profile by doing: PDC/company name

3- add the element stored under pnr transferable data from below company profile .

4-EOT profile what record locator

5- display the list of travel profile :PLT

display the list of company profile :PLC

display the profile from the list :PDn (n-line number )

6- transfer the company profile information

ignore your  pnr

redisplay your company profile :PDN/company name

ignore your profile :pi

associate  traveler  profile and company profile

1-go back to profile mode in order to update the traveler profile :pm

2-retrieve your travel  profile

3-associate your company profile to your traveler  profile 

pcn/name of your company profile

4-EOT profile and exit profile mode

5- redisplay travel profile

6-including company and travel profile :pdm

7-from the merged display transfer information to new pnr

deactivate and update  the profile

1-to update of deactivate the profile you need to be in profile mode

2-xe –to cancel elements from profile

3-dx ---to deactivate the profile

4-pe---to save change

5-pr---to reactivate profile

6-pdl---to display all deactivate profile
