Leonardo Media is the sole supplier of hotel media to Amadeus, and as such you supply us, or Leonardo directly, with the images, image captions, descriptions, logos and maps that you wish to use to represent your hotel.

Load captions and descriptions in up to 43 languages.

You can indicate the scope of distribution channels used. Our distribution channels include Amadeus Selling Platform, Amadeus e-Retail engine, Amadeus e-travel management and Amadeus API.

All images provided to Leonardo, go through a quality check for useable quality, inoffensive nature, and correct categorisation.

You provide one image and Leonardo resizes it to get ten image sizes. This gives you flexibility in meeting the distribution specifications of different distribution channels.
