Amadeus Scripting

Amadeus Script is the perfect solution for customizing the Amadeus point-of-sale product

It has two important aspects developers should be aware of:

• For application developers, Amadeus Script is a COM-compliant toolkit (DLLs) and a support program. With them, developers can build Windows applications that interact with the Amadeus System through an Amadeus front office platform.
  
• For end-users typically travel agents Amadeus Script is a technical feature that is available on most Amadeus front office platforms. With this feature, users can install and run scripts, i.e. custom functions such as wizards or even more complex applications, that make their work easier and more productive.

A script must be installed on as many Amadeus workstations as there are users of the script. It is not recommended to build a script using Amadeus Script that would provide Amadeus connectivity to a multi-user application server
