Amadeus Quality Control is now available

We are pleased to advise about the availability of a new solution Amadeus Romania is able to provide you, called Amadeus Quality Control.

 

What Amadeus Quality Control represents?

 

Amadeus Quality Control is a flexible solution that helps travel agencies to better manage their business practice and that guarantees the complete quality control of every booking. Fully adapted to the business needs and the agencies processes,  Amadeus Quality Control ensures the maximisation of every sales.  

 

Amadeus Quality Control revises, validates and updates the bookings, on line, quick and without effort, during the booking process or at ticketing time, based on the rules created by the administrator.

 

Amadeus Quality Control includes 2 components:

  • Quality Control Manager, that includes:

·         Administrator Module (a graphical user interface used by the administrator in order to configure and handle the rules and their settings at PNR, agency or group of agencies level)

·         Rule Editor Module (also a grapfical user interface used by the administrator in order to create and maintain the quality checking rules (or rule libraries)
