Amadeus Basic Functionality Course

Training dedicated to:            Employees of travel agencies who are not familiar

                                               with the system functionalities or persons who would like

                                               to develop a career in the travel industry.

Prerequisites:                          Minimum knowledge about working with the PC;

English language knowledge required (mandatory). 

                                                Previous trade market knowledge is an asset.

Training duration:                    5 days (10:00-16:30 daily)

Course objectives:                   By the end of this course, the participants will be able

                                                to use the Amadeus cryptic transaction in order to create, 

                                                modify and price air bookings; will gain a basic knowledge

                                                about handling the Queues.

A “Certificate of Achievement” can be obtained at the end of this course upon successful 
achievement of the “Amadeus Basic Functionalities” test.

The necessary minimum score for obtaining the certificate is of 85%.
