Amadeus Interface Record (A.I.R) is a flexible data transfer vehicle used for the automated transfer of fare and booking data in real time between the Amadeus System and external systems – such as accounting mid-and back-office, information management systems or quality booking control applications.
The Amadeus Interface Record for back-office is a structured message that Amadeus can send to external systems. The message mainly includes booking and fare data.
The data included in the Amadeus Interface Record for back-office can be processed by external systems for accounting purpose, document issuance purpose as well as for statistics purpose, booking quality control and for applications requiring to keep in sync with the Amadeus booking.
Amadeus A.I.R transmits reservation information on flights, hotels, cars, rails, cruises, tours and insurance bookings. This includes the associated financial data on fares, ticket numbers, miscellaneous charge orders, commissions, plus other related figures according to your requirements.
