Training dedicated to: Ticketing agents working in IATA travel agencies
or agencies that will become IATA; persons who would
like to gain knowledge about paper and electronic ticketing.
Prerequisites: Candidates must have attended the
“Amadeus Basic Functionalities Course and work with the system
for at least one month.
English language knowledge required (mandatory).
Training duration: 5 days (10:00-16:30 daily)
Course objectives: By the end of this course, the attendees will be able
to price the itineraries, issue paper or electronic tickets,
display the sales reports.

Best Buy transactions
Exchange rates, excess baggage, and mileage information
Transitional Stored Ticket
Manual Stored Ticket
Creation and Modification of Ticket Stock
Issue paper and electronic tickets
Sales report
Basic Ticket Printer functions
Basic Automated Refunds
A “Certificate of Achievement” can be obtained at the end of this course upon
successful achievement of the “Amadeus Basic Functionalities” test.
The necessary minimum score for obtaining the certificate is of 85%.
