Training dedicated to: Ticketing agents, employees of the IATA travel agencies.
Prerequisites: Candidates must have attended the Amadeus Basic Functionalities
and Central Ticketing Courses
These courses are meant solely for the IATA travel agencies.
English language knowledge required (mandatory).
Training duration: 1 day (10:00-17:00)
Course objectives: By the end of this training session, the attendees will be able to
process full or partial refunds and reissue paper or electronic tickets.
Course content: Review fares transactions and manipulate the TSTs
Define reissue steps
Ticketing Reissue without additional collection
Ticketing Reissue with additional collection
Initiating a full refund of a paper or electronic ticket (with or without
penalty)
Displaying the Refund Record
Processing a partial refund
Canceling the refund from the Sales Report (paper tickets only)
Reinstate a canceled refund (paper tickets only)
By the end of this training session, the participants will be awarded with an
attendance certificate.
