Far all types of courses the accommodation and travel expenses are covered by participants.
Our requirements
Good knowledge of English and PC operating are mandatory.( the possibility to assign supplementary attention to one student is limited thus we can refuse participation to those not fulfill the named condition.)
To cancel or reschedule a confirmed participation must contact Amadeus at least 5 days before the training session begin (non compliance with this requirement could cause a financial penalty)
In addition to it’s classical courses, Amadeus also offers the possibility of on-line training, Amadeus Learning City (ALC) is structured by many chapters and can be used by both experienced agents or beginners.
ALC represents a flexible and very changeling solution (it offers a friendly presentation of training courses content and an interactive navigation between pages), minimizing the time spent with the training and the costs.
