It’s been two years already since the last rail forum, and I would be very happy to welcome you, for the 4th edition of the Amadeus Total Rail Forum between 26 and 28 of November 2012 in Sophia Antipolis, France.

Customer’s first.

This year, it will be all about your customer: the traveller. We already have a very busy agenda covering hot topics such as cooperation and international rail travel, how to increase efficiencies and revenues, and of course how to meet the needs of the 21st century traveller.

A large variety of speakers from within and outside the rail industry will bring their own perspective to the debate. We have also allowed plenty of time for networking and we will show you our latest product innovation in the Rail Technology Showcase.
