Amadeus Quality Control

Amadeus Quality Control is the new powerful product complimentary to the Amadeus Selling Platform 2.3. It helps you ensure the quality of your agencies processes, policies and PNR finishing tasks. Equally Amadeus Quality Control helps you manage your selling ad business practices interactively at the time of booking, allowing you to concentrate on the customer!

Amadeus Quality Control is the new generation front and mid-office solution. As more and more Travel Agencies are consolidating and creating global brand names in an ever increasing competitive landscape so are their needs to have quality, consistency and accuracy across their business processes.

Amadeus Quality Control ensures systematic compliance of travel agency reservations regarding:

• PNR finishing tasks to ensure
    •Preferred business practices are enforced
    •Agency standardised PNR elements are always present
    •Mid / Back-office accounting requirements are systematically added.
• Compliance check with traveller / agency / company / traveller policies

Quality Control is composed of 2 Key Components:

Quality Control Manager

Consists of the Administrator a GUI interface used by the agency administrator to configure customizable office or rule settings at PNR, agency or network level. Rule Editor also offers a GUI interface which is used by the agency administrator to create and maintain quality control rules and rule file libraries.

Rule Checker

Used by the travel agent to ensure that travel reservations comply with all rules associated to the active PNR. It is an intuitive / interactive GUI application, versus limited cryptic host displays and transactions. Rule Checker runs on-demand and / or at Point of Sale, versus in a service bureau (PNR markup and re-queue) environment.
