Courses Offered
ABC Amadeus Basic Reservations – Four days
This course is only offered for Amadeus subscribers without a fee. It covers functionality on how to access Amadeus Reservations System. This is with certification exam.
AFT Amadeus Fares & Ticketing – Four days
It is offered to Amadeus IATA subscribers only. It is a pre requisite that the participant has attended ABC. The course covers ticket issuance for both paper and electronic. This is with certification exam.
AFC Amadeus Fare Basics – One day
Course is designed for NON IATA agents to familiarize functionality of getting gross fares and getting taxes from the system.
AFM Amadeus for Managers – One day
AFM is offered to all Amadeus agency managers. This course gives an introduction to Amadeus reservations and fares.
ATA Amadeus for Accountants – One day
A day workshop offered to all accountants for IATA agents. This workshop teaches how to access all types of sales report available in the system and ticket stock management
ADV Advance Reservations Course – Two days
The course covers advance reservations, queues, frequent flyer, copy passenger name record, helpdesk updates.

ITW INTRODUCTION TO TRAVEL WORLD
Course is designed for non travel agents and beginners who would like to start a career in a travel industry. This course covers basic language used in the travel world, functionality to access Amadeus Reservations System and an introduction to Amadeus Fares & Ticketing.
