Amadeus Service Fee Manager provides a completely integrated, central based solution to store, calculate and collect all distribution related service fees in the most efficient way possible.

Integrated: Tight and seamless dataflow thanks to the compatibility of all Amadeus front and mid office systems with Service Fee Manager. In addition, full integration into the Amadeus central system as well as secure and confidential data handling provides peace of mind.
Flexible: Several complex fee models can be applied to different customers using the flexible rules engine calculating fees. With the central repository, price schemes incl. transnational ones, can be easily managed. Updates and maintenance of service fee schemes are simple thanks to the browser based Amadeus Selling Platform (Vista) graphical user interface.
Automated: Ticketing and activity based fees are automatically calculated and transmitted into the mid/back office, which drastically reduces lost service fees and improves agents’ productivity. The total price (service fee + fare) can be immediately communicated thanks to real-time calculation and point of sale display.
