As the worlds number 1 processor of travel transactions we have an obligation to continuously show proven results to our customers. We live up to that by ensuring an average system uptime of 99.99%.

Storage is also important. At the moment we have 5 Petabytes of storage – that equals 5,120 terabytes or 5,000 copies of Wikipedia!

95% of the world’s scheduled network airline seats are bookable using the Amadeus infrastructure.

The data centre processes more than 3 million net bookings per day.

Incoming traffic amounts to 17,000 transcations per second. The NYSE does only15,000.

The response time of the system is less than 3 Milliseconds.

We process ½ billion transactions per day.
